OPTIVAC

Optivac of Sweden is a supplier of vacuum extraction systems for extracting water from fabrics, knits, carpets and some nonwovens. In addition to the extraction of water, the system can also be used for wet-on-wet finishing and minimal application techniques.
Vacuum extraction systems ensure very good cleaning (including of dust and loose fibers) during pretreatment and, for drying, a much lower residual moisture percentage. This applies to synthetic materials as well as fabrics made of cotton, viscose and wool. The good dewatering in turn saves on drying costs.
When finishing, the system ensures better evenness and penetration of chemistry than with a traditional foulard.
