IR line scanner, for thermal display
Designed for use in demanding industrial environments, the MP Raytek infrared line scanner provides accurate temperature images of moving objects. This multi-point line scanner can capture up to 1024 measurement points per line and has a maximum scanning speed of 300 lines per second.
An internal high-speed microprocessor processes all these temperature measurements. The MP Linescanner includes provision for air or water cooling, three configurable analog outputs and digital communication. The linescanner also features on-board Ethernet TCP/IP and a built-in laser.
The MP Linescanner can be used in stand-alone mode, connected to a PC, or integrated into a process control system using DataTemp DP, an industrial Windows software package, which provides remote configuration of the MP150 linescanner and real-time monitoring of the process. With the OPC server functionality of the DataTemp DP software, the scanner becomes an integral part of a Distributed Control Interface (DCI) or Human Machine Interface (HMI). In all cases, the MP Linescanner provides real-time monitoring and real-time control capabilities.
Optional analog or digital output modules are available. MP Process Imager Systems are available with various temperature ranges and spectral regions for different applications.
